For today's inspiration post, I wasn't really sure what I wanted to use until I remembered Apolo Ohno's book! I read it last summer and I 'dog-eared' quite a few pages as I read through it. This isn't really a quote ...it's an excerpt ...I took the picture of the page because I think it makes so much sense. Fear is so scary but you it holds you back. I think this might be one of my favorites in the book, actually.
