I was actually working on the concept for this poster last week.  I wasn't sure where else I wanted to go with it but it pretty much is self explanatory.  Stop waiting for something to happen.  You take your goal in your career/life path and do what you can to reach it!  

It is an important time to start shining.  Now more than ever. 

Take this time to really think about what your goals are.  Write down how you can reach it and step into the spotlight and SHINE!
