Color Flare Poster

I love those lens flare effects you see on some photos.  It's a pretty easy filter in photoshop that you can use.  This weekend, I really wanted to try and recreate something like that in Adobe Illustrator, which is my go-to program.

Now it's not exactly like a lens flare but I had fun with it. 

 I basically used the Gaussian Blur on a few shapes 

and played with the gradient and color a bit.  

Pretty simply to do.
